Sustainability & Carbon Services
MOSTADAM®, LEED®, WELL®, and EDGE® are the most common green building rating systems. These are globally recognized tools for evaluating sustainable construction, focusing on the three most important aspects: the environment, project cost-efficiency, and facility users.
New or existing office, commercial, industrial, residential, and public buildings can be certified.
Benefits of sustainable construction:

• Economic benefits (lower utility consumption costs, reduced sick leave, increased company profitability and employee efficiency)
• Lower energy consumption and COâ‚‚ emissions
• Securing water resources
• Reducing waste production (segregation, reuse, and recycling)
• Preserving green spaces
• Building resilience to climate change
• Increasing user comfort and health care
• Reducing all forms of pollution

LEED® Certification
LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an American building rating system developed by the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council). This system was created based on the ASHRAE American standard and is continuously updated to meet the latest requirements of the construction market. During the LEED® certification process, all sustainable building factors are considered — not only the building itself but also the future investment area, location, utility consumption (energy, water), use of building materials, and care for external areas. To obtain LEED® certification, which proves contribution to environmental protection and increases the investment’s prestige, individual criteria must be met.
Buildings can obtain LEED® certification at one of the following levels:
