Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Content and Emission Testing Service

Are you looking for building materials that guarantee Superior Indoor Air Quality and contribute to achieving credits for green building ratings like LEED and Mostadam? Our VOC Content and Emission Testing service is the solution, ensuring transparency and scientific compliance with the most stringent environmental regulations.

Why is VOC Certification Crucial for Your Project?

For any project aiming for compliance with international and local standards, certified low-VOC materials are mandatory. This certification directly contributes to:

  • Earning vital credits necessary for achieving LEED and Mostadam ratings.

  • Verifying compliance with strict internal health and safety regulations.

  • Ensuring superior Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) for the building, enhancing occupant health and comfort.

  • Mitigating the risk of "Sick Building Syndrome" by identifying and reducing pollutant emissions.

Obtaining this certification is not just a requirement; it is a fundamental investment in constructing a healthier, more sustainable structure.

Why Choose SECT? (Fastest and Most Cost-Effective)

At SECT.SA, we fully understand the critical importance of time and cost in construction projects. Therefore, we are committed to providing accredited testing services at the lowest prices and in the fastest possible time, without ever compromising the accuracy or reliability of the process. Our local expertise, coupled with our accredited laboratory partners in the Gulf region, guarantees you a swift and reliable path to certification.

The VOC Certification Process

The process begins immediately upon your contact with us, where we proceed as follows:

  1. Material Study and Classification: We thoroughly study the material type to be tested, classifying it precisely to determine the appropriate standard (clause) under which the material falls, according to the requirements of LEED, Mostadam, and relevant regulations.

  2. Sample Submission: The client then provides us with three (3) samples of the material, which are immediately sent to our accredited laboratories in the Gulf to commence the necessary examinations.

  3. Certificate Issuance: The required testing is performed, and the certificate is issued based on the test type:

  • VOC Content Testing: This analysis typically requires only one working week for certification issuance.

  • VOC Emission Testing: The more comprehensive emission chamber testing takes approximately three working weeks to issue the final certificate.
